Why are my payments not showing up in PayPal?
Make sure that you have entered the correct PayPal address within Profile -> Payment Method -> PayPal.
If the PayPal address you previously entered is incorrect, you can edit it within the app. Then contact PayPal to link the payments associated with the incorrect address with the correct address.
If your PayPal address is correct then your account is either incomplete or limited, and you must contact PayPal to correct your account and be able to receive payments. If you have confirmed with PayPal that your account is properly functioning and still have not received payments, please contact us with the email address associated with your Shopmium account.
